A detailed treatment plan with all acceptable alternatives will be provided before treatment is initiated. Payment for professional services is due at the time the dental treatment is provided. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and most major credit cards.
After completing a thorough diagnosis with the Doctor, a detailed treatment plan will be presented with the associated fees, insurance information, and payment options.
We provide dental treatment for your child based upon their specific need and urgency of care. Our pediatric dentists are in-network with several insurance plans. Please call our office for more information. If necessary, we will request details, or an estimate of your benefits/ pre-authorization, from your insurer.
Our insurance coordinator with be happy to obtain a verbal estimate of your orthodontic insurance benefit if your insurance information is provided. Insurance carriers do not guarantee the benefits, however, until a claim has been submitted. We will be happy to file a claim for you as a courtesy. Payments made by the insurance carrier are sent directly to the insured.
