Patsy
Patsy began her career in orthodontics, periodontics and general dentistry, and then moved into the Treatment Coordinator position in 1995. Patsy loves to greet each patient with a warm and caring smile. In her spare time, she enjoys singing, sewing and spending time with family (especially her grandchildren) and friends.
Sabrina
Sabrina has been with the practice for five years. She has worked for both the dental and orthodontic departments. Sabrina grew up in the Del Mar area and graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Biological Anthropology. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and walking on the beach.
Cheryl
Cheryl has 17 years of patient care experience in the dental field. She enjoys taking care of patients as one of our patient care coordinators. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her grandson, cheering on the Chargers, and watching the Indy 500.
Katherine
Katherine has worked in the medical field for eight years. After working chair-side as a dental assistant in a Neuromuscular Cosmetic Dental office, she decided to join Dr. Rawlings & Hydo's Orthodontic Team in 2008. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and loves children.
Shelly
Shelly has worked in the medical and dental field for over 20 years. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelors degree in Sociology. In 1994 she moved to the San Diego area and currently lives in Carlsbad with her husband and daughter. Shelly's primary focus has always been patient relations. As our financial coordinator, she works as a liaison between our patients and insurance companies.
Kim
Kim has worked with Dr. Rawlings since 1986. She has a background in science and technology and a B.A. degree from the University of California, San Diego in General Biology. Kim uses her knowledge and experience to implement new technologies in the ever changing field of orthodontics. She is very fortunate to live in Encinitas with her husband, two sons and puppy named Cody.
Susie
Susie has 29 years of dental assistant experience cross-trained in orthodontics and pediatric dentistry. She has had the pleasure of working for Drs. Rawlings & Hydo for 26 years and grew up in the Encinitas area. Her expertise in the orthodontic field helps to keep the practice running smoothly. In her spare time, she enjoys barbecues with family and friends and reading.
Marlyn
Marlyn started working with Dr. Rawlings in 1988. She has over 22 years of experience assisting in orthodontic and pediatric dental fields. She is married with a grown daughter and enjoys traveling, sailing, and going to the beach in her spare time.
Linda
Linda has been working in the orthodontic field for over 30 years and specifically with Drs. Rawlings & Hydo since 2000. Her vast experience helps each patient feel well taken care of at every visit. Linda enjoys reading and taking it easy with her family.
Deena
Deena has 11 years of orthodontic experience. She started working with Dr. Hydo in 2007. As our Invisalign coordinator, Deena ensures that each Invisalign patient is well taken care of. Her great joy in life is her son, Austin and is a huge Chargers and NASCAR fan. Some days you might see Deena walking during her lunch break.
Wendy
Wendy started assisting in general dentistry and orthodontic in 1984. Wendy's detail oriented and creative nature makes her perfect to make our new patient boards. In her spare time she enjoys riding motorcycles and outdoor sports. She is married with two grown children.
Norma
Norma has been working with Dr. Hydo since 2005 and really enjoys it. She is a wonderful friendly addition to our team. When not at work, she likes to cook, spend time with friends and family watching movies or playing games.
Lynn
Lynn has been working in the dental field for over 9 years. Her gentle nature makes all of our patients enjoy their first visit to the office. During her time off, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
